Ultimate Tic Tac Toe

The tic tac toe is ultimate. The AI is not, but exists.  Ultimate Tic Tac Toe is an expanded version of tic tac toe with smaller grids within each square. Win each smaller grid to win the larger square! Rules are available once you start the game.
